The “small” hoop skirt from Punk Rave. A great accessory for adding volume to dresses without the hassle of a large hoop skirt. The side baskets simply fold up when you sit down. The “poches” were particularly fashionable in the 18th century as the side bulges of ladies' dresses in high society. The elastic waistband has an additional lacing and can therefore be further adjusted.
